Liverpool youngster Allan is eyeing a top six finish in the Belgian top tier after joining Sint-Truiden on loan until the end of the season.

It is Allan’s second loan move since joining Liverpool last summer from Internacional and he will he hoping to earn some more valuable experience in another European league, before returning to the Reds.




After joining the Reds he was immediately loaned out to Finnish outfit SJK, where he played regular first team football and earned a league winners’ medal for his efforts with the club.

He returned to Liverpool in October, and the club were trying to find another suitable temporary home, before they reached an agreement with Sint-Truiden over a loan move to Belgium for Allan.
 


The Brazilian youngster is looking forward to his second stint away from the Reds and already has a target in mind with his new club

Allan was quoted as saying by Belgian daily Nieuws Blad: “I want to help the club finish in the top six of the first division.”

Sint-Truiden are eleventh in the league table on 26 points after 22 games.
