Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Federico Fazio has rejoined Sevilla on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The centre-back, who joined Spurs from Sevilla in 2014, has struggled for game time in the present campaign.
Fazio has made just one appearance this season, a 2-1 loss to Arsenal in the League Cup in September.
Los Rojiblancos were interested in bringing the defender back to the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, with Fazio arriving in Seville yesterday after Tottenham agreed a deal with the Spanish club.
The Argentina international, who joined Sevilla from Ferro Carril Oeste in 2007, made 197 appearances in all competitions for the club in his previous stint.

Fazio also scored 14 goals for Sevilla and helped the club to one Europa League and one Copa del Rey.
The 28-year-old has thus far made 32 appearances in all competitions for the north London outfit.
He also has three caps for Argentina to his name.
