According to French radio station RMC, Marseille are close to reaching an agreement for Fletcher, who is now at Marseille.

A medical for Fletcher has been set for later this afternoon and the deal is most likely to take the form of a loan.

Fletcher has fallen out of favour at the Stadium of Light and Black Cats boss Sam Allardyce is ready to offload him.
