Kyle Walker feels this has been the best season for Tottenham Hotspur since he joined the club in 2009.

Spurs, who thrashed Norwich City 3-0 last night, moved up to third spot in the Premier League with 45 points from 24 games, just five adrift of leaders Leicester City.

In addition, Tottenham progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup, following their 4-1 win over Colchester United at the weekend, while Mauricio Pochettino’s team also managed to reach the knockout rounds of the Europa League after topping their group.

And Walker, who was snapped up by the north London outfit from Sheffield United in July 2009, believes the current campaign is the “best it has been” during his time at White Hart Lane.

“In my seven years here, now is the best it has been”, he was quoted as saying by Tottenham’s Twitter account.
