Leeds United legend and former manager Eddie Gray feels the pressure will completely be on Middlesbrough when they travel to Elland Road for a Championship game on Monday.

Boro, who drew 1-1 with Blackburn Rovers at the weekend, will leapfrog Hull City into first place if they manage to claim a positive result against MK Dons tonight.

On the other hand, Leeds are languishing in 16th spot in the table with 36 points from 30 games, following their 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

And Gray thinks Middlesbrough being the favourites for the contest will enable Leeds players to take some of the pressure off their backs.

“[Is it a] different type of game against Middlesbrough? Yes, because they will be coming here expecting to win, everybody will be expecting Middlesbrough to beat us”, he said on LUTV while assessing Leeds' loss to Forest.
