New Leeds United signing Toumani Diagouraga is having trouble looking for a property in the Yorkshire area, but the 28-year-old is looking on the funny side of the obstacles faced.

Diagouraga made the switch from Brentford to Elland Road in the winter transfer window, and made his debut for the Whites against his former club at Griffin Park on 26th January.

The 28-year-old Frenchman is having trouble looking for a home, and has been refused permission to view a property as the landlord doesn’t want to rent the property to footballers.

Diagouraga looked at the funny side of the shocking refusal and took to Twitter to express his amusement, suggesting that the landlord may be worried about the wild parties his five-year-old and three-year-old children will be having.

He wrote: “Must be worried about my 5 and 3 year old having wild parties.”

Diagouraga has already opened his account for Leeds, scoring his first goal for the club in the 2-1 away win over Bolton Wanderers at the Macron Stadium.

Leeds manager Steve Evans is expecting the 28-year-old to play an integral role in his side’s bid for promotion, but first it is important that the Frenchman finds a decent house to settle in at.
