Manchester United starlet Andreas Pereira has been called up for Brazil's Olympic squad to face Nigeria and South Africa in friendly fixtures.

The midfielder is handed a chance to impress in his homeland to further press his case to be a key player when the Olympic Games are hosted in Rio this coming summer.

Pereira is joined in the squad by Lazio's Felipe Anderson, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford, where he would link up with the midfielder.

Monaco's Fabinho is included, while Bayer Leverkusen's Wendell is also given the vote to feature.

There is a strong domestic flavour to the squad with 12 Brazil based players selected in the group.
