Several MLS outfits are interested in snapping up Tom Rogic if his contract negotiations with Celtic break down, according to the Herald Scotland.

The attacking midfielder, whose present contract with Celtic is set to expire in 2017, was heavily linked with a move to Leeds United during the winter transfer window.

But Rogic stayed put at Celtic Park, with the 23-year-old claiming earlier in the month that he is hopeful about agreeing a new deal with the Bhoys which will extend his stay at the club.

However, with the contract situation yet to be resolved, a host of MLS franchises are keeping close tabs on Rogic.

Celtic, who have a plethora of talent in midfield, snapped up the Australian international from Central Coast Mariners in January 2013.
