Napoli midfielder Jorginho’s agent has indicated that his client would be willing to listen to offers from Arsenal during the summer transfer window.

The midfielder, who joined Napoli from Hellas Verona in January 2014, has been in good form for the club lately, and has been rewarded with a new contract recently for his consistent performances.

Despite the new deal, rumours about his future at the club have refused to die down, and he has been linked with a move to Arsenal since last summer, with other clubs also said to be in for him.

And his agent, Joao Santos, revealed that despite the new deal his client would be willing to listen to offers; he also identified Arsenal and Real Madrid as suitors for the Italian midfielder.

The midfielder’s agent told Radio Crc: “It was in England that I was first asked about Jorginho but now everyone knows him and it’s obvious that a lot of teams are following him.

“Real Madrid and Arsenal know Jorginho, if they came forward with an official offer we’d talk but at the moment all I can say is that Jorginho has a five-year contract with Napoli and wants to play for them in the Champions League next year.”

The midfielder has made 30 apperances for Napoli this season, and has six assists to his name.

He also has 83 Serie A apperances under his belt.
