Rangers star Kenny Miller has refused to be dragged into who might take over at Celtic in the summer, ahead of his side’s Scottish Championship meeting with Livingston tonight.

Last week it was announced that current Celtic boss Ronny Deila will step down from his post after the end of the current campaign.

Since then several managers such as Neil Lennon, David Moyes, Steve Evans, Brendan Rodgers and Owen Coyle amongst others have been reported as possible successors to the Norwegian.

But Miller refused to become involved in the speculation as he insisted that Rangers are solely concentrating on themselves.

The 36-year-old went on to add that his side will definitely strengthen their squad in the summer to be better equipped to play in the Scottish Premiership next season.

“That’s something we can only speculate on, we don’t know who will get the job, we don’t know how the players will react to whoever is coming in”, Miller said in his pre-match press conference, when asked if he thinks Celtic will be a better team under a new manager.

“We can only concentrate and control on how we go about our business.

"We have responded to the manager and David [Weir], the lads are enjoying themselves and there’s no doubt we will strengthen in the summer.

“We need that, we know that we are light on bodies when you look at our squad. So, we will be better and stronger for the season and always looking to improve.”

Rangers, who have won the Scottish Championship and the Challenge Cup this season, will return to the top flight for the first time in four years.
