Celtic Under-17 goalkeeper Aidan McAdams has insisted that it was an “unreal feeling” winning the Glasgow Cup by beating their arch-rivals Rangers 4-0 last night.

The Hoops, who were eyeing their third successive Glasgow Cup triumph, took the lead in the 21st minute at Ibrox through Michael Johnston before Broque Watson doubled their lead in the 38th minute with a 12-yard strike.

Rangers' Aidan Wilson then put the ball into his own net after the break as Celtic went 3-0 up, with the Bhoys rounding off the scoring two minutes from time through substitute Kieran Patrick.

And McAdams, who was ecstatic to win the Glasgow Cup, was also pleased to keep a clean sheet in the mini Old Firm derby.

“Unreal feeling winning 4-0 in the Glasgow Cup final, against Rangers at Ibrox and great to keep a clean sheet too”, he tweeted.
