Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that his side are motivated and are eyeing bagging the full points against Chelsea in a London derby tonight.

Spurs, who drew 1-1 with West Bromwich Albion last week, still have a narrow chance of winning the Premier League this season.

Tottenham are currently eight points adrift of leaders Leicester City with a game in hand; the Foxes drew 1-1 at Manchester United yesterday.

The White Hart Lane outfit have to win their remaining three games in the present campaign to have any chance of piping Leicester to the Premier League title.

And Pochettino explained that his side are expecting a tough outing against Chelsea, with Spurs having failed to beat the Blues at Stamford Bridge for over two decades.

"We all love these games", he told the club’s official site.

“This derby is a big motivation for everyone. There has been a lot said and that’s another big motivation for us to try to win the game.

“We expect a very tough game against them but we are ready and we will see what happens.

"The players love to compete and our objective is to win the three games.”

After tonight’s clash with Chelsea, Tottenham will face Southampton at White Hart Lane on Sunday before concluding their Premier League campaign with an away fixture at Newcastle United one week later.
