Leicester City have strong interest in signing Simone Zaza, with the Juventus striker also willing to listen to offers from the newly crowned Premier League champions, according to Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset.

The 24-year-old, who joined the Bianconeri from Sassuolo last summer, has struggled for game time at the Juventus Stadium.

Despite clocking up just 853 minutes over 22 appearances in all competitions for Juventus, Zaza has managed to score eight goals and provide an assist.

The Italy international now wants to quit Juventus in search of more playing time, something which he is unable to get with the Italian champions.

And Leicester are extremely keen to cash in on the opportunity and snap up the forward in the summer.

Zaza, whose present contract with Juventus runs until 2020, was also heavily linked with a move away from the club during the winter transfer window, with Crystal Palace, West Ham and Norwich City being the interested parties.
