Top Chelsea scout Piet de Visser has lavished praise on young Anderlecht midfielder Youri Tielemans, who has been linked with a move to England in recent years.
A product of the Anderlecht academy, the young midfielder is one of the most highly rated talents in Belgian football and despite being just 19, has been a regular in the club’s senior team over the last three seasons.
Despite his tender years, Tielemans has over a 100 appearances under his belt for the Belgian giants and has played regularly in the Champions League and Europa League for the club in the past few years.
The midfielder has been regularly linked with a move away from Anderlecht, with a number of English clubs believed to be keeping an eye on him, but the Belgians have managed to hold on to him thus far.
De Visser, who played key roles in Chelsea’s captures of Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois in the past, gave his approval to Tielemans and feels that the midfielder is a top young talent.

The Dutchman told Belgian outlet Sporza: “I am huge fan of Youri Tielemans and yes he is in my scouting book.
“He has played, at such a young age, three seasons in the Anderlecht first team, so he will be presented with greater goals and will have to continue his development.”
Tielemans has a contract until 2020 with Anderlecht and was called up to the Belgium senior squad last year.
