Juventus have been linked with a move for Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, according to Turin-based daily Tuttosport.

The Bianconeri are considering loaning out Brazilian goalkeeper Neto during the summer transfer window and are expected to be in the market for a new number two as cover for Gianluigi Buffon.

The club have looked at a number of goalkeepers across Europe, and it has been claimed the Bianconeri are also considering making a move for Arsenal shot-stopper Ospina during the summer.

The Colombian joined the Gunners ranks in 2014 and just a few months into his first season in England he managed to topple Wojciech Szczesny as the club’s top choice goalkeeper.

However, things changed once Petr Cech arrived at the Emirates last summer and he has been serving as the former Chelsea man’s understudy, making just 12 appearances this season for the Gunners.

Ospina features on the shortlist of goalkeeping targets for Juventus but it remains to be seen whether he would agree to a move to Turin if he is not guaranteed to get more first team football.

The Colombian has made just 22 Premier League appearances since joining Arsenal two years ago and has a contract until 2019 with the club.
