West Ham skipper Mark Noble has thanked the fans for supporting both the club and him in the present campaign.

The Hammers, who will be shifting from Upton Park to the Olympic Stadium next season, were a force to reckon with in the present campaign.

Slaven Bilic’s team ended the season in seventh spot with 62 points from 38 games, just four point adrift of the top four.

However, West Ham still can play in Europe next season if Manchester United manage to beat Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final.
