Bayern Munich have contacted Manchester United and Arsenal linked winger James Rodriguez’s agent to discuss a potential summer transfer for the Colombian international, according to Spanish daily AS.

Rodriguez joined Real Madrid in 2014, and had an excellent first season for the club but the current campaign has not been a happy one for the Colombian international.

It has been said that he didn’t get along with Rafael Benitez at the start of the season, and things have not improved under current manager Zinedine Zidane.

And it has been suggested that the Frenchman would not mind if Real Madrid decide to cash in on Rodriguez during the summer, with speculation that some of the top clubs in Europe are after him.

Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly keeping tabs on the situation and even Manchester United are said to be plotting to sign the Colombian from Real Madrid this summer.
