Everton linked Lucien Favre is not keen to take charge of Nice or Marseille, according to Swiss daily Blick.

The 58-year-old has been out of job since stepping down from his post as Borussia Monchengladbach manager in September, following the club’s five consecutive losses in the Bundesliga at the start of the 2015/16 campaign.

Favre has been linked with taking charge of Everton, who sacked Roberto Martinez last week.

Nice and Marseille are also in search of new managers, but it has been claimed that Favre is not interested in managing the French clubs.

Favre took charge of Gladbach in January 2011 and helped the club to qualify for the Champions League during his time at Stadion im Borussia-Park.
