Celtic youngster Calvin Miller is aiming to break into the first team after signing a new three-year contract with the club recently.

The 18-year-old forward is considered one of the brightest young prospects inside the Celtic stable and is garnering a reputation with his performances for the club’s youth teams.




He played a key role in Celtic’s UEFA Youth League campaign last season, netting three goals in nine appearances and the forward has been rewarded with a new three-year deal with the Bhoys.

The youngsters is elated that his hard work has paid off and he managed to secure a long term contract with the club, but insisted that he is looking to keep moving forward.
 


Miller, who has been at Celtic since he was eight, is now keen to work even harder to break into the first team soon.

The forward told Celtic TV: “I am happy and I am delighted.

“I have worked hard to get the three-year contract and I can’t wait to get started.

“I have enjoyed myself at the club, and I can’t wait to keep enjoying and working hard, and play for the first team soon.”

Miller has also represented Scotland at youth level and played for their Under-16s and Under-17s.
