Djurgardens sporting director Bosse Andersson has admitted that several clubs are sending scouts to watch his side's matches as they scout forward Sam Johnson.

The striker, who joined Djurgardens from IK Frej in January 2015, has thus far scored seven goals and provided an assist in 15 appearances in all competitions in the present campaign; the Swedish season is still ongoing.

Johnson’s impressive performances have attracted the interest of Celtic and Spartak Moscow, who have heavily scouted the Liberia international, while Sevilla are also keen to rope in the 23-year-old in the summer, according to Swedish outlet Fotbollskanalen.

And Andersson, who is aware of other clubs' interest in Johnson, feels the striker is an interesting player.

“There are plenty of clubs who follow our games”, he was quoted as saying by the Swedish outlet.
