Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been in contact with Alvaro Morata on a regular basis to lure the striker to Stamford Bridge this summer, it has been claimed.

The Spaniard’s future at Juventus remains under the scanner as Real Madrid are keen to use the buy-back option in his contract to take him back to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Los Blancos are expected to put him up for sale to earn a profit and are set to meet Juventus to sort out the striker’s future in the coming days and weeks.

Premier League giants such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have been linked with being ready to offer big money to Real Madrid for Morata and are keeping a close eye on the negotiations.

However, Chelsea are looking to steal a march on their rivals for Morata as according to Sky Italia, Conte has been in constant touch with the Spaniard to convince him to move to Stamford Bridge.
