AC Milan have two obstacles in their desire to sign Moussa Sissoko this summer, according to Italian outlet Fantagazzetta.

Newcastle may struggle to keep hold of the Frenchman following their relegation from the Premier League last season and Sissoko has recently been linked with West Brom.

But the Baggies will not have a free run at the midfielder as AC Milan are desperate to take him to the San Siro.

Newcastle are expected to put up stiff resistance as they seek to make sure they do not lose Sissoko and AC Milan will have to convince the Magpies to allow the midfielder to move to Italy.

And so, the Rossoneri must not only see off interest from West Brom, but must also charm Newcastle into signing off on a deal for the midfielder.
