AC Milan and Napoli have not yet completely given up on the idea of signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic this summer as there is claimed to be a hitch in the Swede's proposed move to Manchester United.

Ibrahimovic is leaving French champions Paris Saint-Germain when his contract expires at the end of June and has been widely tipped to link up with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.




But according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, there is a hitch in the deal.

Indeed, Manchester United are offering Ibrahimovic a one-year contract, while the Sweden striker wants two years.
 


Ibrahimovic wants his next contract to be his final one in the game and is determined to play on for two years, meaning he would like a two-year deal at Old Trafford.

And that has given AC Milan and Napoli, two clubs keen on Ibrahimovic, hope that he may still be available this summer.

Napoli finished second in Serie A in the recently concluded season and can offer Ibrahimovic the chance to play Champions League football next term. 

AC Milan meanwhile count themselves amongst the Swede's former clubs.
