Arsenal have been linked with holding an interest in Spartak Moscow winger Quincy Promes.

The 24-year-old is keen to leave Russia for one of Europe's bigger leagues and has been watched closely by scouts from a number of clubs.

According to Russian daily Izvestia, Arsenal are one of the sides to have taken note of Promes' ability and could well move for the winger this summer.

Promes would be unlikely to come cheap for Arsenal though, given Spartak Moscow paid €12m to sign him from FC Twente in 2014 and secured the winger on a four-year contract.

The Dutchman, who has won nine caps for the Netherlands, was the second highest scorer in the Russian top flight last season as he chipped in with 18 goals.
