Swansea are poised to join the Premier League chase for Juventus striker Simone Zaza, and are ready to make an offer for him this summer.

The race for the signature of the Italy international is becoming more heated with each passing day, with more clubs showing an interest in snaring him away from Turin in the coming months.

West Ham have been tracking the striker for months, with the intent of signing him in the summer, but it emerged last night that even Everton and Southampton are considering offers for Zaza.

However, the Premier League chase for Zaza has one more candidate as according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Swansea are the latest club to join the queue for the 24-year-old hitman.

Swansea’s Italian manager Francesco Guidolin is a fan of Zaza and the club are ready to offer €15m for the striker this summer to take him to the Liberty Stadium.

Zaza wants to concentrate on Italy’s European Championship campaign at the moment and is not keen to make a decision before the completion of the tournament.

However, has been suggested that Swansea are expected to touch base with Juventus and the player’s agent in the coming days to propose a deal for Zaza.
