Roma and Napoli are both chasing Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

The France international is expected to consider his future after the European Championship following Newcastle's relegation from the Premier League last season.




Sissoko is not short of admirers this summer, with AC Milan and Hamburg both interested, while Arsenal have been linked, a link that the midfielder admitted he finds flattering.

According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, two further clubs are now in the mix for the Frenchman after Napoli and Roma joined the race for Sissoko.
 


Sissoko made a total of 39 appearances in all competitions for Newcastle last term, scoring once and providing his team-mates with eight assists.

The Magpies have the 26-year-old is locked down on a contract with the St. James' Park club until the summer of 2019.

But Newcastle may struggle to keep hold of Sissoko this summer though due to their relegation from the top flight.
