Borussia Dortmund winger Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s is close to securing a move to Manchester United, according to Russian outfit Sport-Express.

Mkhitaryan’s contract with Borussia Dortmund is set to expire at the end of next season and agent Mino Raiola has made it clear that his client won’t sign a new deal with the Bundesliga outfit.




The Italian super agent has also revealed that the 27-year-old wants to join his dream club Manchester United, and the Red Devils have made a move to snare the winger away from Dortmund in the summer.

While BVB have been insisting that they would prefer to see him leave at the end of next season on a free transfer, their stance has softened over the last couple of days.
 


And following a meeting, Dortmund are said to be ready to let the player leave this summer for the right price, believed to be around the €40m.

Manchester United have reportedly tabled a fresh €36m bid for the player and it has been claimed that Mkhitaryan’s move to Old Trafford is on the verge of completion.

The Red Devils have been confident that they will be able to reach an agreement with Dortmund because of the player, who is pushing for a move to England.

Arsenal are also interested in the winger, but it seems Mkhitaryan is on his way to the north west of England with Manchester United.
