Rachid Ghezzal, a target for Liverpool, is set for a decisive meeting with Lyon on 4th July.

Lyon want the winger to extend his contract at the club and have already sent a firm proposal his way. However, Ghezzal has so far held off putting pen to paper with Les Gones.

The 24-year-old is now set to hold crunch talks with Lyon on 4th July, according to French radio station RMC, as the French club look to put pressure on the winger to sign a new deal.

Ghezzal is under contract with Lyon until the summer of 2017.

And he has no shortage of interest, with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp having been linked with wanting to take him to Anfield this summer.

While Lyon are keen to make sure he remains at the club following his fine performances, they are ready to sell if he refuses to sign a new contract.
