AC Milan are not willing to drop their asking price for Carlos Bacca and West Ham will not improve their offer for the Colombia international, leading to a standoff.

West Ham have been keen on the former Sevilla marksman as they look to sign a world-class striker this summer ahead of their move into the Olympic Stadium.

But AC Milan will not sell Bacca for less than they believe he is worth and according to Sky Italia, that figure is €26m.

West Ham meanwhile are claimed to be unwilling to improve on their initial offer of €20m for the Colombian.

The Hammers have other irons in the fire, including Marseille hitman Michy Batshuayi and it remains to be seen whether they will return to the table for Bacca.
