Liverpool are expected to announce the signing of winger Sadio Mane from Southampton tomorrow.

Jurgen Klopp's men have agree a fee with Southampton for Mane, claimed to be £34m potentially rising to £36m, and the Senegal international has been tipped to have a medical with the Reds today.

Events are moving quickly and according to the Press Association, the switch is expected to be announced tomorrow.

If the fee for Mane does hit £36m, it will surpass the £35m Liverpool paid to Newcastle United to sign Andy Carroll in 2011, while at £34m it is already in excess of the £32.5m paid to Aston Villa for Christian Benteke last summer.

Mane has caught Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp's eye and now the German is set to be able to call upon the winger next season, in what will be his first full campaign in charge at Anfield.
