Morgan Schneiderlin does not want to leave Manchester United despite being linked with a switch to Everton.

The France international midfielder played under new Everton manager Ronald Koeman at Southampton and it has been claimed the Dutchman is eyeing a reunion with his former charge.

Schneiderlin's future at Manchester United could be up in the air following the arrival of former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

But according to French sports daily L'Equipe, the midfielder is clear that he does not want to leave Old Trafford.

He only signed for Manchester United last summer for an initial £24m and penned a contract running until 2019 and with an option for an extra year included, to potentially take his stay to 2020.
