Aston Villa and Everton have made enquiries about the availability of Lazio goalkeeper Etrit Berisha.

The Albania international custodian is tiring of a lack of regular first team football at Lazio and is expected to leave the club this summer if his situation does not change.

Berisha is expected to take part in Lazio's pre-season training camp, after which incoming coach Marcelo Bielsa will make his recommendations to the club.

The goalkeeper's suitors are not sitting on their hands though and according to Italian outlet Lalaziosiamonoi, both Aston Villa and Everton have made enquiries about the Albania international.

Berisha sees his future as potentially tied to that of fellow goalkeeper Federico Marchetti and should his rival for the number 1 shirt leave the club, the Albanian would be likely to stay.

The 27-year-old Albanian joined Lazio from Swedish outfit Kalmar in the summer of 2013.

He made just eleven appearances in Serie A for the capital club last term, though he did also turn out on nine occasions in cup competitions.

Berisha also did his reputation no harm at Euro 2016 with Albania.
