Celtic youngster Anthony Ralston admits that he is trying to take in each moment in during his first pre-season tour with the first team squad.

A product of the Celtic academy, the club loaned him out to Scottish third tier side Queen’s Park for the first half of last season for more first team opportunities and he returned to the club towards the end of January.

Ralston made his first team debut for the club in a 2-1 defeat to St. Johnstone towards the end of last season, and new manager Brendan Rodgers has picked him in the squad for their pre-season tour.

It is his first pre-season tour with the first team squad and he even played a half of football in their 2-2 draw with NK Celje in Slovenia yesterday.

The 17-year-old admits that he is trying to soak in every bit of experience and tips from his senior players and is looking to make the most of the opportunity to travel with the squad.
