Napoli right-back-cum-right-winger Christian Maggio is not convinced about moving to Premier League side Watford.

There has been contact between Watford and Maggio's representatives, as the English outfit look at adding the 34-year-old to their ranks ahead of the new season.

However, according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, Maggio is not yet fully convinced over moving to Vicarage Road.

And the former Italy international is waiting to see what other offers present themselves this summer before taking a call on his future.

He has received proposals from the MLS, which it is claimed he currently prefers, although Maggio has taken no firm decision on his future and is stalling.
