Juventus are identifying replacement midfielders for Manchester United target Paul Pogba as they prepare for the Frenchman’s possible departure.

Manchester United have opened talks with Juventus over a proposed move for Pogba, and while the Italian champions are expected to knock back their initial offer of €101m, the deal is expected to pick up pace in the coming days.

Pogba has already reportedly told the Juventus hierarchy about his desire to join Manchester United, and the Red Devils have already agreed personal terms with Mino Raiola over a contract for his client.

Juventus are not known for holding on to players against their wishes, and according to Sky Italia, the Italian champions are sounding out potential targets should Pogba finally leave the club this summer.

While the Bianconeri are preparing for Pogba’s departure, they are not ready to lower their demands for the midfielder, and still want a transfer fee of around €120m from Manchester United.
