Roma are aiming to conclude an agreement with Arsenal for Wojciech Szczesny by tomorrow, as they look to sign the Pole on loan for one more season.

The 26-year-old custodian enjoyed a fruitful season between the sticks at the Stadio Olimpico following his loan move to Italy from Arsenal last summer, and he remains keen to continue at Roma.

Roma are also interested in signing him up for at least one more season, and have been in talks with Arsenal over the last few months to reach an agreement.

While the talks stalled for a while, Roma reopened the channels of communication recently and are said to be confident of closing an agreement with the Gunners soon.

According to Sky Italia, the Serie A giants are hopeful of finally getting a deal over the line for Szczesny by tomorrow and signing him for one more season at least, on loan.

However, the clubs are keen to work around their differences, and Szczesny is expected to extend his loan stay at Roma beyond the summer.
