Leeds United new boy Matt Grimes was delighted by the club's travelling support in Saturday's friendly fixture away at Peterborough United.

The midfielder has joined Leeds on loan from Swansea City, being snapped up by Whites head coach Garry Monk.

He was involved in Leeds' 2-1 friendly defeat at Peterborough and was impressed with the amount of Whites fans who made the journey to support the team, along with the atmosphere they created throughout the fixture.

Asked what he thought of the support by LUTV, Grimes replied: "Quality. You could hear them from the first whistle to the last whistle.

"Even when we went behind [you could hear them] and at the end they gave us a good send off", the midfielder continued.
