Fixture: FC Astana vs Celtic
Competition: Champions League qualifying
Kick-off: 15:00 (UK time)

Celtic have officially confirmed their starting line-up and substitutes to play Kazakhstan side FC Astana in the first leg of their Champions League third qualifying round in an away fixture this afternoon.

Bhoys boss Brendan Rodgers is aiming to shoot down the opposition and grab a vital away goal, fielding both Leigh Griffiths and Moussa Dembele in attack, while Scott Brown adds vital experience in the middle of the park. Patrick Roberts also plays as does Stuart Armstrong.

At the back, Rodgers is trusting in the error-prone Efe Ambrose, while Mikael Lustig also slots into the backline, which appears to have just three defenders in a 3-5-2 formation.

On the bench, the former Liverpool boss has a number of options to choose from, with Nadir Ciftci another striking option, while James Forrest, Tom Rogic and Nir Bitton are further possibilities for Rodgers to call for if needed.
