Leeds United target Raphael Martinho is set to snub the Whites and is ready to accept an offer to join Bari, where he will reunite with a familiar face.

The 28-year-old Brazilian has terminated his contract with Carpi after spending just one season at the club, and is available on a free transfer.

Leeds were strongly linked with the Brazilian last summer and this summer have been claimed to be seriously interested, but it seems Martinho is ready to snub the Whites to remain in Italy.

According to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, the Brazilian is ready to accept an offer from Bari, and could join the Serie B outfit next week to start a new chapter in his career.

It has been suggested that Bari sporting director Sean Sogliano developed a close relationship with Martinho after working with him at Hellas Verona.
