Former Liverpool left-back Jim Beglin has recommended three left-backs Reds boss Jurgen Klopp could turn to in order to replace the error-prone Alberto Moreno.

The Spanish defender was poor in Liverpool's 4-3 win at Arsenal on Sunday, frequently being caught out of position and also giving away a penalty with a clumsy challenge inside the box.

Moreno's performances also attracted criticism last season and Klopp was expected to bring in another left-back this summer, but so far the German tactician has yet to act.

Now Beglin has offered Klopp three names he should consider when it comes to replacing Moreno with a more consistent left-back.

Beglin, a former left-back himself, thinks that Hull City's Andrew Robertson, Norwich City's Robbie Brady and Bournemouth's Charlie Daniels could all fit the bill for Liverpool.

The former Liverpool man was asked on Twitter if there are any defensively good left-backs available.

And he replied: "Robertson of Hull, Brady of Norwich. Maybe Daniels of Bournemouth."

Liverpool have added two centre-backs to the ranks this summer, bringing in Ragnar Klavan from FC Augsburg and Joel Matip from Schalke.

Moreno though continues to enjoy a relatively free run at the left-back slot.
