Chelsea have announced their starting line-up and substitutes to play host to Bristol Rovers in an EFL Cup tie at Stamford Bridge this evening.
The Blues missed out on qualifying for Europe last season after a disastrous league campaign and boss Antonio Conte will be keen for his men to make progress in the EFL Cup, starting tonight.
Conte looks to summer signing Michy Batshuayi to shoot down the visitors, while youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek is handed a start. Nemanja Matic takes his spot in the side, as do Cesc Fabregas and Pedro Rodriguez, while Victor Moses also plays. Branislav Ivanovic takes the captain's armband at the back, alongside Gary Cahill.
Young Ola Aina is handed his debut. On the bench, Conte can call for Diego Costa and Eden Hazard if needed, while the experienced John Terry is also amongst the substitutes this evening.
