Inter Milan are expected to make an offer for Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko in the next few days, despite interest from Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.

Following Newcastle’s relegation from the Premier League, the Frenchman made it clear that he is not interested in the idea playing in the Championship, and has been kept out of the squad by Rafael Benitez at the start of the season.

Despite interest from a number of clubs across Europe, the midfielder is yet to find any concrete proposal from any of his suitors thus far, but things are expected to change soon.

Inter officials have already met Newcastle United twice this summer to hold talks over a deal for Sissoko, and according to French sports daily L’Equipe , the Nerazzurri could soon slap in their first offer in the next few days.

It has been claimed the Serie A giants are expected to place an offer of around €35m on Newcastle’s table for the signature of the France international.
