Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta says he is making no attempt to hide the fact that Simone Zaza could move to West Ham United.

Zaza is wanted by the Hammers, who have been holding talks with the Italian champions in a bid to thrash out a deal, while also speaking to the striker's representatives.

Marotta concedes that the Italy international could move to the London Stadium.

"Zaza, as you know, could go to West Ham. We don't hide that", he was quoted as saying by Italian outlet Tutto Mercato.

"We'll see", Marotta added.

Zaza has struggled for regular game time at Juventus and last term made just 24 appearances in all competitions for the Italian giants, scoring eight times.

He is also wanted by Napoli, but Juventus are reluctant to strengthen competitors in Serie A.

In England, both Arsenal and Southampton have been linked with the 25-year-old, but West Ham are in pole position.

The Hammers will not be able to offer Zaza European football though, after they exited the Europa League on Thursday evening.
