Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini’s agent Silvio Pagliari is set to meet Everton for talks about his client’s possible transfer to the Premier League club.

The Italian international, who struggled for game time last term, still managed nine goals and three assists in 982 minutes of action clocked over 30 games in all competitions in the 2015/16 campaign.

As a result, Gabbiadini managed to arouse the interest of Everton, with fellow Premier League clubs West Ham United and Stoke City also keen to bring in the attacker.

Everton are prepared to offer €25m for the 24-year-old, whose present contract with Napoli runs until 2019.

The Serie A outfit could be ready to accept the offer and it seems a deal is close, with Pagliari flying to England to hold talks with Everton, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport.
