Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is currently blocking Juan Cuadrado’s proposed move to Italy, but Juventus are expected to continue to press for the Colombian’s signature until the end of the window.

The 28-year-old has been keen to return to Italy all summer, and Juventus are the ones who have been putting in all the legwork necessary to get a deal over the line with the Blues.

Conte said earlier in the summer that he wants to keep the Colombian at Chelsea, but revealed last week that he is waiting for Cuadrado’s future to become clearer before he selects him in his team.

However, the Chelsea boss is currently doing everything necessary to delay the deal, and according to Tuttosport, the Italian is the one who is blocking Cuadrado’s move to Juventus.

Despite the former Juventus manager’s insistence on keeping Cuadrado, the Bianconeri have continued to push for an agreement and are expected to meet Chelsea again in the next few days.
