Cesc Fabregas has rubbished talk that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has told him he can leave Stamford Bridge and insists he has a good relationship with the Italian tactician, who claims he is counting upon him.

The Spain international has struggled to force his way into the side under Conte so far this season and it has been speculated he is surplus to requirements for the former Juventus boss.

But Fabregas says Conte has not told him he can leave and he has a good relationship with the Italian. Fabregas has vowed to continue to fight and give his all for the Blues.

He took to Twitter to write: "Contrary to what has been written, the manager and I have a good relationship and he has NEVER told me that I can leave.

"He said that he counts on me, as I count on him. I will continue to fight for this club until the very end and when called upon", Fabregas continued.

Fabregas was an unused substitute in Chelsea's comfortable 3-0 Premier League win over Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

So far this season Fabregas has clocked up one Premier League appearance, lasting 12 minutes, and 90 minutes in the EFL Cup.
