Leeds United linked Bryan Verboom could be on the way out of Zulte Waregem after the Belgian side snapped up another left-back.

The Belgian outfit have completed the signing of Nigeria Olympic left-back Kingsley Madu, with the defender putting pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Jupiler Pro League club.

Madu has landed at Zulte Waregem from Slovakian side AS Trencin and, although only 20 years old, clocked up over 70 senior team appearances during his spell in Slovakia.

The Nigerian's arrival further adds to the speculation that Verboom will be on the move before the transfer window closes on Wednesday night.

Verboom was claimed to have agreed on a switch to Leeds United earlier this summer, but the English Championship side held off completing the deal, much to the bemusement of Zulte Waregem.

It remains to be seen whether the Whites will pounce for Verboom before tomorrow night.

Leeds' first choice left-back, Charlie Taylor, is keen to leave the club and has just a year left on his contract at Elland Road.
