West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has insisted that the next three games are like cup finals for his side.

The Hammers, who will play Accrington Stanley in an EFL Cup match on Wednesday night, have lost their last four games in all competitions.

West Ham have managed to win just one fixture in the Premier League this season and currently find themselves 18th in the standings with just three points from five outings.

Following their game with Accrington Stanley, the Olympic Stadium outfit will play Southampton and Middlesbrough before the international break.

And Bilic, who urged West Ham to arrest their recent slump, called on West Ham to come out with positive results in their upcoming three fixtures.

"We have had a couple of bad results after the international break”, he said in a press conference this morning.

“We have to act and very soon you can get out of the problem.

"Starting on Wednesday we have three mega games and three cup finals before the break. We have a good opportunity to come out of this.

"The boys know I am not happy. We spoke yesterday and we have to show a reaction straight away. We have to do it in games."

West Ham, who failed to qualify for the Europa League group stage after losing to Astra in the final qualification round for the second consecutive season, lost 4-2 to West Bromwich Albion in the league at the weekend.
