Arsenal have officially confirmed their team to take on Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup third round at the City Ground this evening.
The Gunners head into the fixture on the back of a convincing 4-1 win away at Hull City on Saturday and boss Arsene Wenger will be looking for his side to keep their winning momentum going.
Wenger, who will see a familiar face as former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has signed for Nottingham Forest, picks Lucas Perez to lead the line, while Chuba Akpom and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, along with Jeff Reine-Adelaide, will all be looking to provide support. Granit Xhaka and Mohamed Elneny form the central midfield pairing, while Rob Holding partners Gabriel Paulista at the back.
On the bench, Wenger has packed on the youngsters as he bids to give them experience, with several options for him to choose from, including midfielder Gedion Zelalem.
