Fixture: Celtic vs Alloa Athletic
Competition: Scottish League Cup
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Celtic have announced their team and substitutes to play host to minnows Alloa Athletic in a Scottish League Cup quarter-final tie at Parkhead this evening.

The Bhoys dropped their first league points of the campaign at the weekend by drawing 2-2 away at Inverness and will be keen to return to winning ways tonight when Alloa are the visitors; the carrot of a semi-final spot in the League Cup is also there to tempt a good Celtic performance.

Bhoys boss Brendan Rodgers, looking to get the job done in a professional manner, selects Craig Gordon between the sticks, with Dorus de Vries on the bench. Jozo Simunovic is included in the heart of defence, alongside Kolo Toure, while Scott Brown will look to control midfield. Stuart Armstrong plays, as does Tom Rogic. Patrick Roberts and James Forrest will look to supply striker Moussa Dembele.

Rodgers has Scott Sinclair on the bench if he needs to throw on another goal threat, while Nir Bitton is also amongst the substitutes. Ryan Christie is another option for the Celtic manager.
